Principal Teachers are seeking an experienced EYFS/KS1 Specialist to join a supportive school in the Bedale area. This full-time role begins in January and will run for two terms, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the early years and KS1 phase.
Requirements
• Recognised teaching qualification (QTS) with induction completed
• Recent experience teaching in EYFS and/or KS1
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and the Primary National Curriculum
• High expectations for all pupils and a commitment to supporting every child to succeed
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a staff team
• Confident in planning, delivering and assessing high-quality lessons
• Skilled in managing behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment
• Passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic about teaching young children
