Our Teaching Assistant Training Pathway
Step 1 – Introductory Training
Complete our introductory Teaching Assistant course to prepare you for working in schools.
(£99 sign-up fee applies to cover course materials and training.)
Step 2 – Start Working in Schools
Once training is complete, we place you in schools across North Yorkshire as a Trainee Teaching Assistant through our supply network.
You will gain real classroom experience while earning.
Step 3 – Complete Your Level 3 Qualification
While working in schools, you will have the opportunity to complete a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification with ongoing mentoring and support.
Step 4 – Progress Your Career
Once fully trained you can move into higher-paid Teaching Assistant roles and continue developing your career in education.
