Kate is the baby of the family, Becca’s youngest daughter.  She works in the compliance team and her friendly voice is likely to be one of the first you will hear when applying to work for us.  She processes the mandatory checks and guides all new applicants through the application process. Kate is also our NQT mentor – there to help and support new qualified teachers on their journey into supply.

Kate is also studying an apprenticeship in Social work, she is looking forward to more work in the Hub as her experience grows.  Her calm, gentle manner is perfect for the setting.

Kate is known by the team for her quick wit and practical jokes.  They describe her as ‘Kind, very organised and quietly determined’.
